What I'm Reading
Since the New Year, I've committed myself to learning and practicing the Law of Attraction.
I watched a 7 minute video by Bob Proctor, one of the leaders in teaching manifestation, explaining the Law of Attraction, which lead me to my 'AHA moment'! Watch the video here - maybe it will spark the same feeling for you. Since then, I have been reading books on manifestation and visualization. One of my current reads is 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill. It's rich with educational tips on how manifest, act and grow to become a successful person.
What I'm Using
If you have been following along on my Instagram, you know that I've become obsessed with haircare. The pandemic has given my hair a break from colour and excess heat styling. So now, I am leaning into all the incredible haircare products we retail to repair and nourish my hair.
I'm obsessed with my Crown Affair Towel, Brush, Hair Oil, TO112 Shampoo, Conditioner, Superior Blow Out Mist, and Ultimate Hair Cream. I also love the Sunday Riley Clean Rinse treatment, which I do 1-2x a week to lift excess oil and product from the scalp. Watch my complete hair routine here.
What I'm Applying
My skin has been looking a bit dull lately, so I've introduced SkinCeuticals Retinol 0.3. I love this retinol because it's a lower percentage of medical-grade retinol, which means I can use it 3x a week without any peeling or redness. If you want to use a pure retinol, I suggest trying it in the winter months when your skin is less exposed to heat.
Other products I'm loving and using religiously are: Armure Beauty Glow Floral Water Spritzer, Agent Nateur Ageless Eye Serum, NeuLASH, GoopGenes Body Butter, and of course Vitamin C for ultimate skin protection!

What I'm Eating
Tons of vegetables! I've been very focused on eating as many plants as possible because when I do, I feel so much better. I've been incorporating spaghetti squash, beets, air fryer broccoli, and cauliflower rice into my lunch and dinner meals and loving it. I've been focusing on drinking a minimum of 3L of water a day which I infuse with lime, lemon and raspberries. It makes it much more exciting! My skin and digestive system shine when I drink more water and focus on plant based diet. Click here for a recipe I make on repeat.
What I'm Watching
Scandal! My sister Celene suggested it and I am hooked. I'm so grateful I didn't watch this show before because I have 7 glorious seasons to enjoy. Olivia Pope sure does make a glass of red look so good.
