Gee Edit Takeover: Nat Rosenfeld

Meet stylist + personal shopper Nat Rosenfeld.

On today's #GeeEdit blog, Nat is taking over to give us some spring style inspo + share her tips and tricks when it comes to transitional dressing for the season.

Plus, Nat is also giving us a sneak peek inside her 6 by Gee Beauty cart that's filled with essentials for SS23. Keep reading for more.

What’s your absolute fave styling trick or tip?

My favorite styling tip or trick is accessorizing. A simple belt, hoop earring, or even sunglasses can completely change a look.

What’s your wardrobe MVP?

That's a tough one! Definitely a black blazer or white tee.

How do you know when an outfit is complete?

For me, I know my outfit is complete when I 100% feel good in it. When no aspect is making me second guess myself. Style is all about confidence you can pull anything off as long as you know it first!

What are your tips for transitional dressing during the spring months?

Layering, and pops of fun pastels. Pink is making a huge come back so pops of pink or a light spring trench coat mixed with a pastel bag is perfect for that transitional period.

What’s an easy/effortless look you gravitate towards for Miami and one for NYC/Toronto?

Miami - My Parke denim shorts or mini skirt. It's all I wear. I'd pair them with my white or grey Loewe cropped tank, a fun bag (I'm obsessed with my Isabel Marant right now) and my Adidas Sambas with a white blouse over top.

NYC or Toronto - I'd go with grey sweatpants, my Frankie Shop leather trench, socks, my New Balance 550s and a crew neck.

Do you have tips on how to change your daytime look to evening?

When I shift from day to night I normally just change my shoes from a flat to either a heel or wedge and always put on Prime Skin with a touch of A Gee Thing on my lips!

What are some of your go-to places to shop?

I am a Zara addict. Yes, it's true! I just find such great basics there as well as trendier pieces. However, I do love The Frankie Shop in NYC and I'm really into J. Crew right now and their head designer Olympia Gayot. I also shop a lot on Moda Operandi & FWRD.

Is there a specific fashion trend you’re excited about for the spring?

JEAN SKIRTS!!! I love that long jean skirts well jean skirts, in general, are back. They are so fun and feminine + perfect for day to night with a blazer and a block heel or even sneakers and a baseball tee.

What are some of your go-to Gee Beauty products that help complete a look?

PRIME SKIN! Wow, this has changed the game to my makeup routine. A Gee Thing lipstick is all I wear on my lips. I stole Natalie Gee's bronzer trick for eye shadow and I love adding that now. Currently, I'm obsessed with adding a bit of Peachybeam to my cheeks and always brush my brows upwards.

Can you share which pieces from 6 by Gee Beauty are currently in your shopping cart?
