How We Boost Our Wellness Post-Vacation

Wecome back from vacation!

We're sharing our tips + tool recommendations for post-travel wellness.

From puffiness, de-bloating, skin-calming, balancing jet lag and getting back into your routines, we're covering it all!

The Right Tools:

Skincare tools truly take our routines to the next level. From promoting circulation and helping to de-puff the face, these tools make all the difference. To take it to the next level, take a note from Miriam and keep your tools in the fridge.

The cold feels so relaxing and it's great for de-puffing and calming.” - Miriam Gee
Meal Prep:

After a vacation, we love getting back into our meal prepping routines. Whether you order your groceries or enjoy the process of grocery shopping, it can be such a fun task. Take the kids with you, and to make it even more of a wellness experience, park further away. This helps you achieve more steps and gets you moving more through the day.

You'll feel so proud of the work you put in and will have a stocked fridge to boot!

Maintain Your Water Intake:

Drinking enough water is crucial all year round but especially when you've been travelling. Airplanes can be so dehydrating so it's majorly important to drink even more water than we think we need. Our favorite tip is to dress up your water with different citruses, fruits, and herbs like mint, basil, lime, cucumber, and strawberries. You can change it up as often as you'd like.

The trick is to make your water exciting and something to look forward to, not something you have to do!” - Celene Gee
Get Moving!

One of our favorite ways to boost our wellness is to get moving. Whether you're all about your steps or getting in a good workout, moving your body does wonders for boosting circulation and our lymphatic systems. Going on a long walk after a flight is the best to help combat any post-travel puffiness or water rentention.

I love to go for a walk between calls or meetings to reset.” - Celene Gee
Cheers to boosting our wellness!
