Spring in Toronto always feels like a fresh start.
I love all the freshness that comes with the change of season! It inspires me to reset in all ways — my space, my routines, my beauty essentials and my mindset.
For me, spring is about creating room for fresh energy and spending more time outside. It’s slower, lighter, and a little more intentional.

What does a spring reset look like for you?
For me, a spring reset is a mix of physical deep cleaning and intentional reflective time.
I love doing a closet clean out, donating clothes to those in need, and trying on my spring looks. I take photos of outfits I like and save them into an album, so I always have easy access to looks that feel like me. I also like to reset my beauty space: deep cleaning my makeup pieces, tossing what’s old, bringing in a few new staples, and of course, washing all my brushes.
At home, we start working on the garden, and I try to tackle a few cupboards that have accumulated too much stuff. Mentally, I like to invest in a new book and commit more time to daily prayer, which has been so grounding. I’ll often pair it with a walk outside with Ginger, which feels so fulfilling and calming.
What’s the first small change you make when the season starts to shift? How does your morning routine change once spring arrives?
I like to honour the season and lean into it. That means spending more time outside, planning a local trip with Julien, going on more nature walks, and honestly, just opening all the windows and doors to welcome the change.
I start waking up earlier, more in cadence with the sunrise, which feels incredible. I love enjoying my coffee outside on my front porch, and I spend more time in the park with Ginger before the day begins.
Simple shifts make the mornings feel so much calmer and more grounded.

What’s your running-out-the-door beauty combination?
My running-out-the-door beauty combination is fresh, polished, and easy: Prime Coverage Concealer 4 + 5, Petal, lifted brows and lashes from Gee Beauty, Major Lipliner with Cece Lipstick, and Multi Mist to set.
It gives me fresh skin, soft colour, a defined lip, and that lifted, open-eyed look that makes everything feel a little more effortless.
What finishing touches help you feel put-together throughout the day?
Right now, oversized bangles are the accessory that feel most like me. They’re bold, easy, and instantly make a simple look feel more styled and personal.
I’ve also been loving Violette 30 from Le Labo as my new scent, which I get at 6 by Gee Beauty. It feels fresh, soft, and a little unexpected — the perfect finishing touch before heading out the door.
I’m also realistic about busy days. I own the fact that I need a 2 p.m. touch-up, and I actually use it as a little mental reset too. I’ll reach for Soft Focus Powder, add more Petal blush, and of course, re-do my lips. It’s quick, but it helps me feel refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.
What studio treatment do you think everyone should book for a spring refresh?
For a spring studio refresh, I think everyone should book Age-Less PDRN and a Korean Lash Lift.
Together, they’re the perfect seasonal reset: fresh, healthy-looking skin and lifted lashes that make your everyday routine feel easier. It’s that low-maintenance glow that carries beautifully into spring.
